Nothing can beat Mom's cooking..

Am a kinda person who will never skip breakfast, miss my lunch or starve without my dinner..I takes pains tat my stomach is filled regularly or it will start putting its tantrums by growling endlessly..
So away from home though i heavily criticize mom's way of cooking i have no other go than consulting her wen it comes to easy cooking at weekends..Simple common sense rules that cannot be found in cook books are passed through word and mouth..
Lemme tell u some of my favorites which really works out in the kitchen..

*Corn flour and rice flour together along with an egg is the best marinate for chicken 65

*When ur dosa is gets sticky even if u use a half cut big onion.Make an omelet on the pan and then make ur dosas.

*The best way to make fluffy omelet is to use pour a good amount of oil in the pan.Add a chilly cut into small pieces.Pour the beaten egg mixed with a pinch of salt and immediately turn the flame to simmer..Sprinkle pepper and jeera powder.Wen its half boiled turn the side of the omelet and take is immediately of the pan.The effect is really gr8.

*Wen it comes to making tomato rice if the base is cooked adding a bit of spices tat mom tells (anaasi poo and kraambu) the net result is something tasty and different from the (ugh!!!) canteen tomato rice..

The list can go on..Lot more to learn from mama's kitchen..Yeah i do agree that some awesome guides are aunts, grannies and some magazines like mangaiyar malar..But Nothing can beat Mom's cooking..
