First Impressions of de new city..

Today is the first month anniversary of me coming to Hyderabad as a newly wed..One month is not enuf to get the rite perception of de city..And also as am at home 4 de larger part of de day tryin to fit into de role of a model home maker(which i know i wont make),i cannot tell tat "THIS is Hyd"..But still there are certain first impressions of de city which i would like to share.

*The entire city is dry and surrounded by rocky mountains..
*Hyderabadi biriyani is measured in large quantity oly..So next time will have to order one biriyani for 3 ppl..
*The cock crows day in and day out..Even at two o clock in the afternoon..
*Its कबूतरें all over..Especially at old Hyderabad near the charminar and the mosque..The very sight of the birds taking off to flight in unison is so beautiful. All is well except de hard fact tat they keep dirtying their place wid droppings..There have been doves in my mdu too..One family near our bed room AC and a few by our flat. But here the कबूतरें number is equal to the number of crows in mdu.
*There are too many beef, mutton and chicken shops tat stink in such a way tat u decide to give up non-veg for life.
*The market is colourful, full of life and the price of veggies are really reasonable though there is not much variety available.
*Share autos are awfully crowded and the buses are all thagaradabba!!
*Traffic police men are young and cute but they traffic is hardly regulated..Motorcyclists rule the road zooming past at top speed.
*People are less helpful and ruder wen compared to Tamilnadu.
*The malls here outnumber those in Chennai.
The gardens are well maintained and there are quite a gud number taking into account the size of the city.
*The temples are a mix of South Indian and North Indian Architecture..
*Temples here are dedicated to specific purposes..To go abroad..To do pooja 4 vehicles etc..
*In certain sections of the city Hindi and Urdu is spoken but not telungu!

Lot more to tell..But these are first impressions!!
